Nightmare company
A huge company that wants to boast of managing quality transport but they don't even know what it means. It took me 4 days to get information about a package that arrived from the United States. After waiting two months and monitoring the track almost every day.
Everything went well until Freja Transportation intervened and destroyed everything in a few days.I don't know how many employees I spoke to, and none of them was able to give me an answer, I was able to find out more as a private individual than their employees.
They reported the goods as delivered on the Freja portal when instead they sent it back to Germany. I continually make purchases with transport companies who, before delivering, warn you that they will do it, instead at Freja they have never deigned to leave a message, a phone call or a ticket in the big letterbox 30x40 cm very obvious, any idiot driver could post a message of their delivery.
In 40 years I have never had such a negative experience with a transport company.
