With the shift to online sales of bicycles, customers are waiting an average of 12 days to get their bikes fixed, and finding a nearby bike repair shop is difficult.
To solve these issues, MIOO offers a “service & safety” relationship with the user from the moment the bicycle is unpacked from the delivery
