Fairpoint Capital is an independent B2B technology investment fund that has been created out of the technology team of SEB Venture Capital. SEB remains the main investor, alongside other institutions which have a close relationship to the bank. As a result, the fund is able to leverage over two decades of technology venture capital investments and successful exits in over 50 technology companies. Notable exits include Tail-f Systems, Donya Labs, Kreatel, Bluetail, Diakrit, and Coresonic, with trade buyers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Mediatek, Telia, Intel, NewsCorp, and CGI.
