I tried to get these guys to fix my faucet. They gave me their quote and I accepted the price. They said they are going to fix it today, I waited for them to come till 5 in the evening, I emailed them again asking are you coming or not. Their plumber called me saying he cannot come, he is going to send a colleague, which won't fix my tap but only stop the water. Then they will come another day and fix it. The colleague calls me 5 minutes later, saying he cannot come for another hour. When I say this is not how professional people work. You shouldn't treat your customers like this he says don't complain to me and says he'll come in an hour and come next day first thing to finish the job. Then the manager calls, telling the new guy cannot come not one but two hour and cannot come first thing next day. When I started complaining, saying you make me wait for hours and not even going to fix my problem he says if you feel like it find another plumber I close this case and hangs up on me. I would never work with these people again.
