Nordic Defender AB was founded in 2020 by experienced cybersec professionals as the first modern managed security service provider (MSSP) in Gothenburg, Sweden, to tackle common cyber issues such as the shortage of skill and talent, the complexity of cybersecurity, and the lack of centralized security solutions. To make good on our pledge to be a managed-service, crowd-sourced security solution provider, we launched NorDef™ in 2021 to reinforce the defensive side, researching solutions like Threat Detection and Incident Response. In the same year, SecureBug™ was also established as the first crowd-sourced offensive platform in Scandinavia, quickly signing agreements for solutions like BugBounty and Continuous Penetration Testing with prominent businesses and government agencies.
