Scandinavian Organics is Europe’s largest producer of fresh organic stock and broth, and Sweden’s largest producer of organic poultry products. Everything we do is produced from prime organic meats and produce that would otherwise be discarded or used for animal feed; end-of-lay chickens, beef bones, uncalibrated vegetables and much more. In Western Europe, more than 20% of all edible meats and produced are discarded before they even reach the supermarkets. We think this is insanity. So we transform these prime but hitherto unloved products into first class premium quality broths, stock, meatballs, pulled beef and ready meals.
